Elite Gundogs is a state-of-the art dog training facility located in Troy, TX. We are a family run business, owned and operated by husband and wife, Eric and Allison Sutton.
With Eric having graduated from one of the most coveted schools in canine behavior and training, his completion of a 4 year internship under two of the most widely recognized field trial trainers in the country and 14 years of training experience; our goal is to exceed your expectations by bringing out your dog’s natural ability and molding it to fit your particular needs.
Our indoor/ outdoor kennel facility is superior to almost every sport dog facility in the state. Combine that with our nearly four acres of professionally engineered technical ponds and you can see why our clients consistently rate us a cut above the rest.
With three field bread Labrador Retrievers of our own, we understand how important it is to have a dog with intense drive that is still capable of being in your home and an obedient member of your family. This is what we mean by the Elite dual purpose dog. When we breed we strive to combine strong drive with positive personality traits to be sure that we are producing gentle, intelligent, social, obedient, driven dogs that will mesh with your family as well as your hunting schedule.
